THE LABOR COMMUNITY/STRATEGY CENTER was founded in 1989 by a group of people who work together on a variety of social justice campaigns. Its character was to be a think tank/act tank constantly intergrating theory and practice in the course of everyday life. The Strategy Center founded the L.A.
